Worst app ever
The functionality of this app is by far the worst of any grocery/shopping app I've ever used. And 3 years in, no improvements/fixes to the obvious ongoing bugs. Almost unusable.
App is not great
I tired to send in a report/support and it just took me back to the app!!!
Under pickup/delivery on the app it doesn’t keep you logged in. You have to keep signing back in over and over- using a code. A code that doesn’t stay up on the log in so you have to do it a few times. If you get to place an order (it’s InstaCart) you cannot log into your order to review changes or updates while they are shopping. As link never works. You also cannot get to your order easily if you go back to the app, you’ll have to get codes over and over to even find it. Thankfully text responses work. Please fix the links.

Where is the pharmacy option?
Can’t believe how annoying this app is
I just wanted to look for an item to see if they carried it, but first it required me to jump through a bunch of hoops about notifications and location sharing. And then it still wouldn’t let me just look up an item without creating an account. Incredibly frustrating. Needless to say, I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

Worst of the supermarket apps
They need to hire an app developer that knows what they’re doing. You can’t scan an item to find it in the app, and the search function often can’t find it either. Digital coupons often don’t appear, and discounts are shown differently on different sections of the app for the same product. Limits on sale items are usually wrong, too. Stick to standard sale prices, these digital coupons seem more like bait and switch.

Horrible app
Open Fry’s app, Walgreens or CVS and copy their app layout. it is not user-friendly and it logs you out every other day.
Bad App
The UI on this app is so slow and inconvenient that it has single handedly stopped me from shopping at bashes, the app is so frustrating to navigate because it's slow and clunky. I went to sign up an account and it was loading for 10 minutes I swiped out of the app and it completely reset all the information and it didn't set up my account. The app needs some updating.

shopping list
App is pretty good but I used it recently and my shopping list no longer shows the items I’ve clipped. It only shows the coupons. That frustrating as now I have to carry a separate shopping list.
Always logs me off
The app does not keep me logged in. I have to log in every time I open the app. Just a big inconvenience.
Elementary School Production
After trying to use this app many times, I’m convinced this app was developed at a 5th grade science/technology fair. Whatever money management spends on technology and developers is way to much.
The app is garbage don’t bother
It’s hard to believe a grade school kid did not create this app! I’m young & very versed in using apps. It’s practically useless. Can’t just search for things & see prices unless it’s on sale. If you pull up the weekly ad, you have no ability to make anything larger so you spend a lot of wasted time clicking & often times if it is something in the ad you’re trying to add to your shopping list. It will say added but you pull up your list and it’s not there. I shop on Walmart, Fry’s and Safeway app so I would say the app is the problem not me. I can assemble a list in five minutes from another store. You better pack a lunch if you’re shopping on bashes I just can’t believe the developers have the ability to see these things and actually think this is a good app. Really?!

Difficult App to use!
I’m writing a review to let people know how I was able to fix the app to make it usable. I had to reset passwords for both myself and my husband and the app still wouldn’t take the new passwords even though they were correct. The trick is you have to remove the app completely and then put in the credentials then it seems to work so if you know your passwords correct and the email you put in is correct. Just remove the app and try again and it should work.

I want to use this app….
I am a new Bashas customer. I down loaded the app with my printed weekly ad in hand. I began my “list” and only 2 items ever added to the list. After a considerable length of time trying to get your app to work, I have conceded. I find it very confusing and unfriendly.
Almost great
The app works well enough, I can find all the discounts and coupon and what not.
But it really needs Apple wallet integration, it’s {current year} and I still have to open the app and navigate to the right spot if I want to scan my id? What?
Don’t let Fry’s beat you, their app is barely usable for what it is.

Switching locations takes forever
When trying to switch locations for store specific coupons it takes forever and times out.
Needs some work
This app is super glitchy. It constantly freezes and forces you to have to completely restart it. Pretty disappointing when the store forces you to use digital coupons and an electronic app but yet doesn’t have one that is reliable or easy to use.
Terrible!
App leaves a lot to be desired! Can’t expand to see sale items! Safeway and fry’s has you beat their adds are very easily navigated and expandable. Take a tip from them!
New App Doesn’t Work
I updated the app and it’s not working very well. I can’t add items to my list/order and some times the various shopping sections like the 2 or 3 day sale won’t load. Other sections won’t load either. Bring back the old app until you work this out. I can’t use the app to shop.
