Does not even work, have to use for discounts but doesn’t accept payment method.
App won’t work
Can’t verify, network error yet sms went through, no barcode to scan for the card unlike other apps. Don’t trust it for my card with these issues. Deleted

I love baskin robins, but the app is not worth it doesn’t let me order and then when it decides to won’t let me change to delivery?
Mobile verification doesn’t work
Texts me a verification code and then says my mobile number is already in use even though it definitely is not. So I can’t order or redeem points.

I love using this app. With all the points and promotions it offers, it feels like i’m getting discounted or free products all the time. Also it was quick and easy to sign up, and the app has a very intuitive UI that’s easy and natural to navigate through. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who likes ice cream!

App is useless, attempted to place an order; card was charged and app came up with a network error and didn’t place the order.
The 31% discount doesn’t make sense either, it’s not 31% off the total order, or 31% off the delivery fee, just seems to be an arbitrary number.
Delivery fee is $7 too, Uber it’s $3 and has the same prices. No idea why you’d use this app.

Great app, but no cancel button
Some items not available in certain stores, store wants you to cancel on app but there’s no cancellation option anywhere on app. Had to ring separate store to get any information
Pointless loyalty app
I'd use this app more often but 90% of the time the stores system doesn't work and I have to pay by eftpos, so I can never collect my points. Big waste of time having a loyalty app :(

This is the worst place to go for ice cream I hate it they aren’t animal safe. I used to work there and we dont wear gloves and wash our hands it’s gross. Most of the time your Ice cream is off. Don’t go here!!!
Birthday input doesn’t work
The app doesn’t allow you to put in your birthday for your free birthday scoop. It keeps saying incorrect date format, but it clearly shows you how the app wants you to enter it. But still won’t accept it. Please fix :(

I’m not giving my credit card details to an ice cream company. If you did PayPal I would as that adds a layer of security.
The best customer service possible
Always loving and caring staff at the Morayfield shop, never have once had a bad experience there and will forever be my favourite ice cream store!!!

The app was downloaded and hasn’t loaded for the last 20 minutes.

Just a solid way to enjoy ice cream just a bit more, always got good service from the team at the kelmscott store and now I get more for my dollar, thanking you very much
