Great product
This was one of the best upgrades to my RV. I love that I can use my Apple Watch to unlock my RV. The watch app doesn’t go by the same name though. It’s WATCH BLE LOCKBASE. I sometimes forget lol
Useless
When selecting “+Add” in the upper right corner; you’re allegedly supposed to get a list of locks, but nothing populates.
No Good
Worked for about 2 weeks now it won’t connect to our phones. I hope I can get my $300 back!!
No Apple Watch Option
Newest version does not work with Apple Watch.
No Apple Watch
This app says it works with Apple Watch but it doesn’t show up as an available app in Watch Settings so there is no way to push it to the Watch. I contacted Support and they just say it works for some customers. Not helpful.

Set up it’s a little complicated but once is done it works great so far

Problem
I have a little red 1 that is on the corner of my app. I opened it and looked for a message or some other reason that the 1 is appearing. I don’t see anything. What does this red 1 mean? Do I need to delete the app and reinstall?

Struggling with Bluetooth
I like the keypad entry but could have spent far less for that feature only considering pairing is a chore. The directions state that you have to hold two buttons down but based on this touchpad system there's no way to be able to hold two keys down at the same time until the pair process takes place. As the other reviewer had stated support is next to impossible to get a hold of. I may most likely attempt to trade this back in due to Amazon excepting returns and refunds.

Good but not great
Works reasonably well, except when it doesn’t.
App is simple but setup, configuration and troubleshooting are hampered by lack of feedback. For example, when adding a lock fails, as it did after many attempts, there is no info as to why. There’s no indication what mode the lock Bluetooth is in, and the app doesn’t advise correctly all the time. Customer service was of no help; live support didn’t know enough, and despite promising to call back with technical/IT help, never did (on several occasions).
Lock itself may be the issue - I suspect it uses older, less reliable Bluetooth chipset. Inconsistent range and connection reliability, makes the app look unresponsive. Proximity and remote features are worth having, just wish these features where more reliable.
That said, it works most of the time. Right now, it’s the best choice available, but that’s not a ringing endorsement. As soon as something better comes out, will replace it. Until then, crossing our fingers…
