I only get the notification about my account activity WHEN I’m logged in NOT when a transaction is happening.
Simple and easy to navigate
I’ve been using this app for almost a decade, and I’ve always loved it. Never had any problems. Customer support is great. Amazing, easy, and trusted.

New app
The new app is very slow at startup and not easy to use. I hope for an update in the near future.

Update #2 9/7/25 - gah! I'm a goof. I realized that perhaps I should remove the app and re-install to see if the quick bal works after that. And lo and behold it did. Whew! Thank you for fixing that. I feel whole again 😉
Update 9/7/25 - the quick balance feature still does not work, so the widget does not work. I don't understand why we can't have this seemingly simple feature work correctly. I keep getting error messages when I try to enable quick balance. I swear it's been over a year since my last look.

Overall, amazing
Amazing, easy, and trusted. My only complaint is not being able to see pictures of previously deposited checks.

Bay Federal is easy to use have good resources and not overly complicated. My favorite part is that when I schedule transfers or make payments they are posted almost instantly so I don’t have to worry about pending transactions.
Please bring the widget back!!
How is it that I can get my balance on my smartwatch but it's no longer available on my smart phone? Please bring it back for iOS 18!!! It was incredibly convenient.
