Been around for years now
This bus leaves right on time so you have to make sure you’re not running late especially during any holidays cause if the bus gets filled they may even leave a little bit before the time. As for how they run things it can be chaotic at times and some bus drivers barely speak English and they sound like they are screaming at you (I don’t know if it’s the language barrier but some can be very rude). There’s a similar bus near this one that is about the same and they charge less for most trips; the only thing is that BBBUS has more bus runs. Overall, you will make it to the destination but just be aware to be there at least 15 min before, have patience and I’ve even been on buses that the bus driver has had arguments escalate with customers.

Smelly bus and dirty seats

Upon arriving at the bus, there were several Asian men standing by the door smoking g cigarettes which was making me cough a Amazing while waiting to get onboard. Once going board and seated in the second row, there were 2 Chinese men eating fish that made the entire bus smelled so raw , I had to be up and tried to get a seat closer to the middle. I walked up the a seat where a Chinese lady was sitting by herself and as she saw me coming to use the seat she immediately placed her bag there, when I asked us the seat was available, she said someone is going to sit there who she was waiting for. So I sent further and got a seat that was 2 rows away. The bus was extremely hot and the seat had stains all over it, there wasn’t enough leg room to stretch out my legs and it was so uncomfortable. After we left the station I noticed that the seat next to the Chinese lady was completely empty, and she began speaking Chinese to another man across the other site who was also sitting alone with a huge bag beside him. The bus left about 12 minutes later than scheduled and the ride was supposed to take about 3 hours and 5 minutes and it took us more than 4 hours to arrive to our destination. There wasn’t enough leg not much traffic and the driver only stopped for 15 mins, most of the charging station didn’t work and there were about 4 seats that were help by both Chinese men and women, I guess because they didn’t want “certain people” sitting next to them. This bus company needs to rethink their policies and procedures in how to accommodate people that are paying fares to help keep the company running.

Affordable but terrible customer service
Tickets are nonrefundable, even if it’s the company’s fault. Sometimes the bus seats are super old and uncomfortable, really depends on your luck what bus comes.
Safe ride but unorganized
I’ve gotten to and from nyc many of times safely with this company. I’ve recommended it to friends as well and they’ve made it to me safely. Just sometimes they oversell and if you aren’t there early to check in you might not make it on the bus because they’re trying super hard to sell. Happened to me 1 I got left and had to wait for the next bus.

Very responsive! Bus is usually on time! Clean, efficient, Pricing 👌👌👌!! This has definitely allowed me more opportunity to see family!! (when traveling mid day expect rush hour per the usual)
Affordable price
It’s cheap and get to where you need to go. Sometimes it’s late but I understand cause due to traffic and unseen circumstances. Otherwise they are good people and provide good service. Always help me easily rescheduling and answer my questions.
Horrible bus service
The bus are always late. One time a 2.5 hour bus ride from Wilmington to New York was late by 40 minutes. I ended being late to work. The bus this company use are old and filthy
