The app allows you to perform various banking transactions such as opening accounts without visiting a branch, making payments for services and credit cards using voice commands, withdrawing cash from ATMs without a physical card, and creating digital cards for secure online shopping.
The app employs facial recognition for enhanced security during initial setup. It also offers dynamic CVVs for digital cards, which change every 5 minutes to prevent unauthorized use. Your financial information is protected against potential fraud.
Yes, you can open an account with BBVA México directly through the app without needing to be an existing client or visit a branch. The process is free of charge and has no commissions.
If you forget your physical card, you can use the app to generate a unique code. This code can then be entered at an ATM to withdraw cash using only your mobile phone.
The digital card generates a dynamic CVV that is valid for only 5 minutes per transaction. This significantly enhances security for online purchases, as it prevents your card details from being compromised and reused by others.
