Payout Blocked
My payout have been blocked. I basically been working for free because im not able to receive my payout. I have been trying to get in contact with support for 2 days no response! I have a lot of money on the app with no way to withdraw because of the lack of communication.

No customer service/Help Support
The apps AI help does not work, says “Sorry, having trouble connecting please try again soon”, it’s been saying that since I started using this app. I’ve sent two emails to support, with no response. I absolutely would not upgrade & pay for this app (I was going to) due to the lack of customer service or being able to reach out to anyone. Really disappointed because I was liking this app.

This app is actually so nice. Having the option to use it free or have a membership is so nice. And it makes my days as a nail tech so much smoother!
