No Customer service/Payment method will stop working
The app was working perfectly fine for me at first and then about a month later when clients would book and pay they’re deposits the money would no longer transfer to my account.the money has just been sitting and growing there’s no way to get help or any information on what to do if this happens,you will be out money and it will just sit there.

Convenient
A very convenient and app for keeping small businesses organized. It really seems to have all the things you need.
Good-ish?
I really liked this booking app… at first. Over time the app started having really bad bugs, confusing both me and my client base. I hope these improve. I had to reach out to the team several times, and some of those times they left me out to dry. I think as the app develops they need to think more about fixes the MANY bugs and glitches, before getting all fancy with appearances.

It worked at first. Then overall started having a lot of bugs. It was good until I couldn’t make appointments for clients, edit my policy’s. Etc
