No Customer service/Payment method will stop working
The app was working perfectly fine for me at first and then about a month later when clients would book and pay they’re deposits the money would no longer transfer to my account.the money has just been sitting and growing there’s no way to get help or any information on what to do if this happens,you will be out money and it will just sit there.

A very convenient and app for keeping small businesses organized. It really seems to have all the things you need.
Good-ish?
I really liked this booking app… at first. Over time the app started having really bad bugs, confusing both me and my client base. I hope these improve. I had to reach out to the team several times, and some of those times they left me out to dry. I think as the app develops they need to think more about fixes the MANY bugs and glitches, before getting all fancy with appearances.

It worked at first. Then overall started having a lot of bugs. It was good until I couldn’t make appointments for clients, edit my policy’s. Etc
Exceeds Expectations
Upon personally reviewing this app, I’ve found that it is extremely useful, straightforward, and user-friendly. I have yet to see a more perfectly-catered system for business owners and employees in the beauty industry in my life. Truly remarkable.
A Lifesaver!
Just to start off, i’m a beginner nail tech. So I don’t have money rolling in to pay for booking site subscriptions. So when I found BBY, I was so relieved! This app provides you with everything you need and more! From full portfolio customization, to tap to pay, among other things.
I only have two problems.
1. There is a bug that doesn’t let me reorder my services, i’ll try to reorder them but they’ll just go back into place.
2. When customers fill out their booking form, they can only respond with text, multiple choice, or yes/no. It would be amazing if customers could respond with pictures! This would be really helpful when I ask customers what they want for their inspo when booking.

Not long term
Trying it out it was ok at first. However while setting up I ran into lots of bugs. These bugs still continue today. For example: being unable to load a photo into the portfolio, pages not updating/syncing on different devices and software. Etc… this app has too many bugs to make this a long term solution. Makes you not trust the application.

okay this app i like it! i just downloaded not so long ago because im tired of texting clients and ill rather have them book! i hope this app helps me in the long run! thank you for making it free but there is one bug or maybe it’s my phone but it does freeze every time i leave the app but overall still great! if any problems come up i will contact 😊

Everything about this app is just wonderful! It makes running my small business so easy, I can now just focus on growing my business and not have to worry about all the little details. 10/10 recommend
Not the best
Although it is free, theres lots of bugs and ive had to contact them numerous times about various bugs. From not being able to "fetch client details" to make appointments for a client, clients not being able to view their appointments, and even clients getting charged before their appointment due to a testing feature I was not aware about. It was good in the short run but definitely do not recommend for full time use.

Very good free app that literally includes everythingg and makes it easy for both ends. However, my problem is that it doesn’t notify the client when the appt is accepted. Please work on that, that would be a great feature 🙏🏻 clients may be confused when it doesn’t notify them and on my end I don’t want clients to always book instantly due to deposits and time management .

It’s a good app and it’s FREE! only one thing…yall should add a feature where you can create a service but with specific hours so it doesn’t collide with the regular business hours and make it confusing

It is so easy to use and book clients, add links, and even set up a cute portfolio! But sometimes Ill get a notification for an appointment request, ill go into the app and therell be a red icon, however when I click it says "no pending requests." So ill have to add requests manually which defeats the whole purpose. But other than that its very nice and easy to use!

LOVE IT
I absolutely love this app, it helps my clients and I out so much with booking and it’s so organized! I do wish there was a way to customize the price list aside from it being alphabetical order!
