Disconnects time to time
Disconnects in few minutes... not happy at all
don’t install if you don’t need to
absolutely horrible app. took minutes to load, additional minutes to register an account, and requires me to preload money onto a wallet instead of paying on-demand. oh and by the way if you create an account, you can no longer pay ad-hoc through browser. horrible experience
Great EV Charger
Very fast charging and easy to use

This charger is great and super fast but the plug was hard to seat. I had to get a man to help me. Also, it wouldn’t be very safe to use it at night - especially if a washroom was needed. Otherwise, 5 stars.
Another disappointing charge station that does not work
Unreliable charge stations!!! So stressful when you need to charge your car and the charger won’t charge! Tesla station never has this problem!

Slow and unresponsive
Today while using this app, I waited and waited for it to register my commands. It seemed to freeze and slow down while I was trying to get my charge to start. Prior to that, while flipping through the charge ports, trying to find my code, it was faster. It did eventually work, but I had to try multiple times and 3 different charge ports.

Make sure there’s money on your card
I had to call for assistance and a very helpful person answered right away and helped me navigate my problem. My card was not working because it was empty. Ooops! Then she helped me to apply the option for automatic refill, and stayed on the line until everything worked. Very helpful. She said ‘don’t even bother trying to figure it out yourself, we’re available 24-7 so just call!’

$0.36 wasn’t enough they jacked up prices to $.040 it should not be more then $0.20 too bad when government is greedy

Signup form is broken.
Extremely Unstable and Buggy
App freezes for no apparent when doing a variety of simple functions. Phone required reboot to restore. Can’t insert a town name and then touch a BCHydro charger icon to obtain info etc. Can’t access info, as page opens and screen freezes. Sometime map (over WiFi) is very slow to redraw and show BCHydro stations.

Worst app I’ve ever used. Everything is so slow. The app literally takes a minute to start up with no loading indicator. I setup auto payment only to be told that that feature is not working. I tap the start charging button and literally nothing happens. Fortunately my girlfriend was very patient and she waited enough for the app to finally start working

Add Pay Amount Due Option
Similar to Flo they need to enable a pay amount due option below the $10 minimum threshold. I rarely use the app and wish I can pay the $2 I owe.
Barely works
I have used this charger twice and both times charge has failed and I was then charged an idling fee. Stick with Tesla chargers rather.
Slow
App is very slow to open and takes for ever to populate the charger list in that area. It would also be nice to make the actual charger number more clear and much larger in a color that is very visible.
