Terms of service failed to load 2026/07/07
Tried to log into app today and it didn’t work. I’ve used it several times in the past. It asked me to uninstall and reinstall, which I did, and now it is failing when it tries to load terms of service.

Camera
I can’t access the camera. I install the app again and again but didn’t work it always show an error occurs can’t access camera.
Keep having to put in a new code every single time
It’s a good service and the app doesn’t glitch. But when trying to log in to an online account using the service card. Even when I press send notification it either never does or it says it ran into an issue. I then do a new pairing code. I always have to put in a new pairing code.
Acct got removed after pairing
Account got removed from app after I entered pairing number - at the must I opportune time. And trying to re- register is a NIGHTMARE!!
BC Services Card
I’d recommend a focus group of people who are not necessarily smart phone literate. There’s nothing wrong with the App, it could do with more a bit more direction.

App bug 😡
It gave me an error and suggested to delete the app and reinstall it. I did it #$@& so I have to redo my identity from scratch. It worked well for several years. 🤬 Tip Don’t delete the app! Wait for an update!

This app is for people that understand 2026 era computer processes. How the heck was I supposed to know I had to click my name? There should be a label “click in your name”. Mind you I clicked in my name and I got this survey not my health records so maybe I am still not in my records????

Past the initial send the video in. I’m so sick and tired of trying to get it to work. It’s ridiculous now I have to go to the office anyways to get the app to work and then do all the other steps. It’s a hassle. My employer is forcing me to do this or else I’d say screw it and not bother but after a full week of trying to get this app to work properly I’m 1000 % over it
