What? No Face ID
This app is really good!! Lots of beneficial information bout coverage and claims. BUT, disappointed that I have to use my password each time I login. Would love BCBS to include the Face ID option to log in.
Frustrated
So confusing. I can’t tell what’s covered or not & I definitely don’t understand the overall pmt amounts to meet deductible. I’m so confused!!!! Hate this app!

They do not respond to messages sent on the app
No tax forms or documentation
They say and show your cards but even after you cancel a policy there’s no proof or anything to show that you purchased or had a policy except that you have your old spending amount.

You do not want me to write a review right now, as the cost of my Dexcom G6 sensors, which I desperately need as a type one diabetic, just became almost 500$ for a case of 3.

I have only had a few different health plans over the years. This one was the worst! It pays nothing!
Navigating
This app is so hard to navigate thru. Trying to find a pathology in network. Can’t find where to go.
No Find your provider option under Find Care
You can search for pharmacies but not providers.
Search for Doctor
The app does not allow you to search for a doctor. Please help

Does not work in landscape mode on iPad.
It takes very little effort to make the program completely iPad compatible, but the effort was not put in to make it work in landscape mode. Quite the pain to use if you have a keyboard case.

MDLive does not work
So I tried to make an appointment using the MDLive feature in the app and I was trying to make a video appointment and it wouldn’t allow me to make it stating my browser doesn’t support video service. This is their app! Their program! And it doesn’t support their features? Very disappointed!
Doesn’t work
Most of the time the app kicks you out or doesn’t display up to date info. Anytime you need information from them you gotta call and wait hours. Terrible app and service.
needs an overhaul
just an awful design, keyboard might show up on screen, might now. who knows?
Totally worthless
I’m trying to find urgent care that is nearby and it just keeps giving me an error message-“we skipped a beat. There was an error processing your request.” I think they’ve skipped more than one beat!!!
App Doesn't Work
The app was fine before the major update. Since the latest update, I can't even login. The page just stays blank. It's really easy to fix this. Stop making constant changes and stick to what works.
Last update is trash
It was great until this most recent update. I haven’t been able to log in since.
