Why the system is always inconsistant, whenever urgent transaction is to process, it says TRY LATER… Need to scrutinize it to ease clients retention.

I logged in to all other financial apps in my new phone but could not do with BDBL app.
Poor Service
Not reliable and there is no reply from the customer service whatsoever.
Asks for docs unnecessarily. I can’t imagine the hassles uneducated people would be going through with the bank.
I created an account with them hoping it will be a better option but had to close it just after one week because a financial institution can’t be so unreliable.
