Please update the app for the BT2000 to include the FLAT button and the LIGHT button.
doesn’t pair
cannot get the base to pair to our new bt3000 base. Ugh. useless.
Won’t pair to base
The app was good when we got the base. But a new version of the app was released maybe 1-2 years ago and it wouldn’t pair with the base. I kept using the old app. But I got a new phone and the old app isn’t available. So the base is no longer adjustable by phone, and the replacement remote is around $125. Our adjustable bed turned into just a flat one overnight because the app doesn’t pair.

Works as expected
We have multiple BedTech beds in our home and this app works well to manage all beds.
Tv setting?
Can you please add the “TV” function to the app, please? It’s on the regular remote.

Graphics backwards
Seriously? The graphics depicting the bed are backwards

Thank you for your comments, we've made the decision to graphically represent a bed by looking at the bed from the foot section. Much like when you walk into a room and see the bed.
One Time Hitter
I finally upgraded my iPhone so I was over the moon about using this app. Unfortunately, it connected one time and refused to do it again. I contacted the company and in short I still don't have resolution. I completely hate that I chose this adjustable frame, but you get what you pay for I guess right?

Please try deleting and reinstalling the app. Please send us your iPhone iOS version number as well. Some older iOS versions are no longer supported.
Reliable but lacking some features
The app works fine for me, but I wish it took advantage of more of the iOS platform features. For example, I would love to be able to ask Siri to turn the vibration on, or to adjust the bed to a certain height. I also wish the app defaulted to the last settings (sync both beds, for example).

When the app works it's great! Unfortunately, it's hit or miss as to when the Bluetooth will connect and that it beyond frustrating.
How do we reprogram zero gravity?
Accidentally overwrote the zero gravity function and now we have no idea how to get it back.

The app doesn't require zero gravity to be reprogrammed. Are you having trouble with the remotes that came with your power base?

This is great
Great app. I’m always wary about products that are operable through an app but this one is perfect. Very easy to set up. I love that I have full control of my bed without having to sit down my phone and pick up a remote. Highly recommend.

The old app used to work great, but now it’s gone from the App Store. This is the only one, and it doesn’t even list my bed base which is supposedly the BT4000. Our current handheld remote is going out and I can’t even order a new one. I called customer service (or disservice) and I get the run around. When I called, they transferred me to different departments several times and 20 minutes later, I still didn’t get any help. So now I’m left with a VERY expensive flat bed base. I DO NOT recommend anyone to purchase a bed base from Bed Tech!!! I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

This app doesn’t work for Bed tech bases. There used to be a reliable app. There are currently ZERO.
