Won’t work on my iPhone
This app needs work it works on my iPad but will not work on my iPhone. I f the bed is connected to another device it will not connect even when the app is closed oh the other device. It stinks you need to do better.

I read all the bad reviews and was expecting to be disappointed but quite the opposite. Very easy to pair, duplicates the physical remote that came with the base and actually is better since the buttons on the iPhone app are lighted without touching them. So maybe previous versions didn't work as well but this version is excellent.

No QR code?
If you have two beds, unplug your partner’s bed first, open the app and allow permissions, select your device number, tap the top-right text field, type EXRN, do the same for your partner and you’re done. Can’t believe how hard it was to figure out not having a QR code
No funciona
Dejo de funcionar. Aparece mi plataforma , pero no los comandos.
Used to work
Shortly after I bought my frame, they updated the app and took away a lot of the controls. Now you have to use the remote. This app is useless.
