Works perfect!!
I read all the bad reviews and was expecting to be disappointed but quite the opposite. Very easy to pair, duplicates the physical remote that came with the base and actually is better since the buttons on the iPhone app are lighted without touching them. So maybe previous versions didn't work as well but this version is excellent.

No QR code?
If you have two beds, unplug your partner’s bed first, open the app and allow permissions, select your device number, tap the top-right text field, type EXRN, do the same for your partner and you’re done. Can’t believe how hard it was to figure out not having a QR code

Used to work
Shortly after I bought my frame, they updated the app and took away a lot of the controls. Now you have to use the remote. This app is useless.
Incomplete
Some features, massage control for example, do not work. Setup is more complicated than it needs to be be. That said most basic adjustable bed features work.
Worthless now
It used to let you control everything and they stupidly took most away so now you have to use your remote.
No longer works.
Since a month ago or so it stopped working. Keep checking to see if it's been updated and still nothing yet. It would be nice if someone could respond to the repeated requests of other reviewers to fix the issue already.
Can only control movement
Newest update now made this app useless. Can only control putting bed up and down. Super annoying!!
Newest Update -horrible
The app use to be useful, now we just have the option to go up and down, can’t even use the memory settings, massage setting or the preset setting like ZG. It’s horrible, also the language is in foreign language and I can’t set it to English. Bring the old style back
Change Language
Haven’t used it long. Doubt I’ll use it again. Won’t change out of Chinese language. No matter how many ways I try selecting English. If we lost our remotes, I would just order replacements because the app wouldn’t be it.
Help!
The latest update removed all functionality of controlling our bed frame or the ability to save settings for the remote control. Please roll back the software to an earlier version!!!
App updated and became less functional.
Had no issues with this. Did what it needed to until this past weeks’ update removed almost all of the functions of my bed from the app.
Bad update
App was working fine before this last update. There is no option for Massage/Vibrate. Please fix this.

Was working fine. Now the language changed (was able to change it back) but half the bed settings are no longer there.
Latest update made the app useless!
I don’t understand why a simple remote control app for an adjustable bed frame would need constant updating, but the latest made this app absolutely useless! Please revert back to the previous version!

Bed Ap
I downloaded the app and it does not work. I get a square with a blue line going up and down and a button on the bottom that turns the light in. I am using Apple Pro Max 16. The manufacturer needs to get someone who knows how to build apps to work on both IPhone and Android.

Works excellent with Richmat base. Have had no issues whatsoever. Make sure your Bluetooth is on. I think there may be a button on the bottom side of your adjustable base you’re supposed to press to activate the Bluetooth
Worked, but has annoying features
The app works fine to control both sides of a split king bed sold by Sven and Son. Setup is fairly easy but there is no help at all in the app. If you don’t have the bed user manual in hand you’ll never figure out what to do from the app. Once installed and initially set up, the app allows you to control multiple devices and to assign a name SMT photo to them. Unfortunately, the name and photo are not shown on the remote control screen, so you can’t see which bed you are controlling except by hitting a control and seeing which one reacts. There is a 4-character label (GGRM) on screen, and you can change what it says, but it isn’t saved. It just goes back to the original every time. The app should show the name you entered under Settings.
