These guys take bookings and cancel at the last moment. They are unprofessional and do not make any attempts to provide a replacement service provider if the previously assigned person isn’t available

These guys cancel bookings at the last moment and provide no attempt to provide any replacement. They are as clueless as their service providers.
No show at last minute
As a first time user, I booked their services but they cancelled on the day instead of informing me at least one day prior. Then they confirmed that services are available for next day but cancelled again just 30 mins prior to the time. If you book a service with them, please be ready for last minute cancellation and have a plan B ready.

I love this app.. it is extremely helpful.. I have used the services many times and I gave got really good workers. Almost all of them were 5 star rating workers according to me.
I am yet to find any improvement area for you guys.. if there will be any, will surely give.
