D clutter is the new implement bbmp is coming up with to clean the city. I booked two weeks back but due to high demand and less man power they are finishing 5 complaints per day. Today they came and picked my old unused furniture and they are respectful. Let’s help them clean the city 😤
Successfully disposed sofa
Though app says pick up is on Sunday, they picked up on weekday. Pick up happened after a week of scheduled date. Happy to see BBMP starting such an initiative
Prompt support
I had logged a request for Sofa to be picked up. It took a while for them to respond, but the local health Inspector, Mr. Gautham., Marshall Umesh his team member, Shweta, and 2 pick up boys . They were are all very efficient in following up and l coming to the doorstep and providing the best support to dispose of my little old Sofa. Good job and keep doing the same good work consistently across.
