Awful app. Waste of time and money.
Delayed the order by 2 hours, didn’t even attempt to deliver the items and took a photo of the wrong address as “proof” yet still denies any responsibility

The prices are extortionate. £3.42 for a tiny pot noodle? And that’s not to even mention the high delivery fees etc… whoever uses this is a fool

Great app
Only signed up 2 days ago and already had many invites for delivery. Easy to use app, good details for the required delivery: what items are needed and quantity, estimated cost of item, location of delivery etc… bonus for quickly delivering the items to the customer and very good payments for completing the delivery.

Why spend money marketing at all
I installed the App, does not have a postcode finder. Is constantly trying to locate phone. But, I was using it to order my Mother in Law something in a different city. Couldn’t find any address. Kept timing out.

The app constantly lags. You get maybe 5 orders a week, almost exclusively alcohol after hours.
What happens is that as a driver once you drop the goods off the customer gives you a PIN that goes into the app.
Their app frequently crashes at this point and even though you’ve dropped the app doesn’t refresh. You then get inundated with automated phone calls saying you’ve not delivered.
As a consequence the driver doesn’t get paid for the order. Bear in mind the drivers have to go to a shop and purchase the order with their money only to be reimbursed later.
Again there is absolutely nobody to talk to as everything in the company is automated bots. You’ll never get to speak to a person.
Admittedly you do finally get paid, however it’ll take several days and a lot of frustration getting there.
As drivers we have to go to their payment handler a company called UniPaas, who you guessed it, have no telephone number or live chat.
If you’re considering being a driver using this app bear in mind it’s clunky, has a load of bugs and gets zero support from Beelivery.
Be prepared to also have to chase in every payment from UniPaas via email. EVERY payment. Sometimes life’s too short to get this stressed over pennies.

Very good app for grocery
Useless
I don’t know if it’s the area, or the time of day, but both the app and the website are worse than useless. Lagging, stalling and eventually just freezing altogether. It also seems to be impossible to choose a specific shop on the app, so when you search a product it doesn’t show up, even though you know the shop definitely has it. You can do this on the website, but then it crashes before you can complete the order. Great idea if it actually worked.
