Logging Problems
Literally I’ve had multiple login problems when I type in the right username and password. I have to call every time!!! I’m getting irritated that I might switch banks pretty soon. Every time I call there’s like 20 people ahead of me. This is getting ridiculous and I’m getting impatient at this point.

Horrible app. Does not work.
The app crashes regularly or displays “We cannot continue because of technical issues. Please try again later.” What purpose does Beem serve if they cannot complete basic banking tasks?

Dumb name but,
I disliked having to change from the Blue Shores app to the Beem app but it’s so much faster and easier to get things done!
Extremely poor reliability
Excessively long and unacceptable down periods for maintenance and still cannot reliably deposit eTransfers! Wish the old app was still available.
Efficient and Friendly
Although I was sad that they decided to change the name from G&F, I decided to stay with this cartoon-named bank. So far so good! The service is professional and the staff are lovely. So you can’t judge a book by it’s cover or a bank by its name!

Generational downgrade from interior savings
This app crashes like 60% of the time and almost everyday does not open due to “technical difficulties”. The ui feels childish and unprofessional with its font and colour scheme and is very confusing to navigate. 90% of the experience is just loading screens. I feel embarrassed to say I use beem purely because of this excuse for an app and I will be looking forward to switching over to just about any other financial platform

It’s more dysfunctional than not. Can’t access my funds when I need it. Absolutely horrendous. Avoid Beem at all costs.
Dumb app
Such a dumb app… even after saving Face ID login, it still keeps sending one time password over SMS… never seen such stupidity before. It’s my personal phone and I’ve already saved login details! You don’t need to keep sending SMS even after successful Face ID login in app!
