Unable to receive e-transfer payments even with a correct password. It shows: ‘Answer must be between 3-25 characters without spaces, containing only letters, numbers, and/or the symbols'-.’!!
Improved
I like the new grouping of features and the modern look of the app. Looking forward to seeing what comes next!
More user friendly
The new app is a lot more user friendly and easier to navigate. I like it a lot more than the previous one.
Brutal bug
I’d say the user experience is a step up over the previous app, however there is an extremely bad bug with this new VanCity app. It regularly will show a popup when opened that says it’s incompatible with this device, then immediately close the app. It turns out, this is for some reason related to (in my case at least) having the Tangerine app open at the same time. No idea what the interplay is, but there is a conflict between the two and VanCity will not work. If I force close Tangerine, then VanCity starts working again. Terrible bug.

iPad version not useable
Prior, the iPad version was essentially the iPhone version, I had to squint a lot but at least I could use it. Now the iPad version is full screen but only available in portrait mode, so the iPad keyboard can’t be used (unless you are a contortionist - I’m not)
Does anyone involved with app development use the app, as an actual customer? Might be worth someone trying it out from that prospective.
