Ease of Access
There is no more quick view, which now makes it harder to keep eye on accounts. You now have to fully log in just to get a quick peek on your accounts.

Still the worst banking app of all time. If you can’t get the logo to load properly, you can’t even use the app it’s better to go to website and that is also pathetic.
iPad version not useable
Prior, the iPad version was essentially the iPhone version, I had to squint a lot but at least I could use it. Now the iPad version is full screen but only available in portrait mode, so the iPad keyboard can’t be used (unless you are a contortionist - I’m not)
Does anyone involved with app development use the app, as an actual customer? Might be worth someone trying it out from that prospective.
Version 1.0.16 states print scaling fixed — it isn’t. The balance values in some of my accounts are presented in a smaller font size

E transfer
When we are sending the e transfer , the amount does not show up on the screen at the confirmation screen. We get a long confirmation number which has no meaning to us. secondly, again for e-transfer we should be allowed to share the screen shot instead of taking a manual screenshot then copy/oasting

Works great!
Not intuitive at all.
Too many steps. Never remembers your choices.
Software Update
The interface feels cleaner and more modern than the old version! Super smooth and fast. I haven’t experienced any issues yet and love how easy it is to see all of my accounts. This update was needed and long overdue!
App runs slow
Very slow, little improvement over the last one. At least it doesn’t seem to crash as much
Bring back the old app!
New app is terrible. Lots of redundant functions, have to click multiple times/start over for many functions. The flow of the old app is much smoother than this new one.

This app is super clunky. The website, even worse, they updated it and took away a ton of features to make it even more inconvenient to use than it was before.
Terrible App
Won’t let me log in despite Face ID being successful. Won’t send SMS code or make phone call to reset password. I need access to my account to pay for something and now I can’t get my money.
Still awful - bring back the old app
This has to be the worst banking app I’ve ever seen even after some “updates” to improve. Having to enter a security answer for e-transfers EVERY TIME is ridiculous, the navigation is like trying to get through a corn maze, no e-Transfers accepted through the app and the redirect to accept still goes to the old website. Couple that with the sloppy UI, multiple clicks to see all accounts and slowness of it all, you’ve lost a client unless the old app comes back. Really fed up with this garbage application.

ultra crazy over active security. Any little mistake
if repeated because one is also juggling the the transfer to website and your email access to VCS is frozen. I need 2 uptodate machines for 2 factor authentication! I hate your totallyuser- un friendly security which is so time consuming.

Great improvement
Great visual improvement over the previous app. It's getting better regularly! Please allow for us to be able to pin favourite accounts to the top of the accounts page. Now that grouping accounts by relationship number option is gone I'd like to be able to quickly glance at my favourite accounts without scrolling endlessly. Thank you!

HATE IT!
New app is awful. Navigating not as user friendly as the old app with simple drop down beside each account type. Mixing different accounts together also makes zero sense. Keep my account separate from my other family member.
