The download/install went flawlessly.
Asked for my phone number to send a verification code and created an account associated with my phone number.
Then in the middle of the screen it says “savings is just around the corner”. Sign in or register.
Signin asked for my email address and password. ( never provided email, nothing works, password ? ) 😡
Register auto forwards to a login page which asks for the email address. 😡
Oh, forgot password ?
Nope. This wants a card number or email address 😡
Check settings in the app, oh there’s a place edit benefits account.
Nope back to that login page. 😡
Sure seems like if I had to go create the account someplace else it might be in the FAQ.

Worst ordering interface I've ever used
The ordering interface is not well integrated into the app. It has no ability to use Apple Pay, it makes you manually enter your credit card every single time, which is appallingly irresponsible for an app that is most often used by people who are driving.
It also wouldn't let me enter the model of my car. Hey, here's a PSA to the brainless programmer who made it, not all car models have two characters. Ever heard of a Mazda 3? Insanely stupid.
The benefits are good, but this app seriously suffers from a horrifyingly bad ordering interface that doesn't let customers customize the food, use Apple Pay, or accurately enter their car information.

I enjoy going to Alltown Fresh in Waterberry store number 501 the staff there is amazing. It is very clean and very neat. The staff always greet me when I go in in the morning the general manager, Christina, she’s awesome and so is her staff, Colleen, Juan, junior, Omar, JOSE and Bebo. and thank you so much for bringing back my mocha coffee. I love it.

This app will not let you update your account info, and since I can’t add my phone number my account is basically dead. Fix your app by please

Always logs you out!!
App is great…when it works. But the app always logs you out and you cannot log back in! It happens to everyone know who uses it at my local Alltown.

Good app great food
The app is good but wished we could select what we don’t want on the sandwich or shakes. I love ordering before I leave my house and everything is ready when I get there. It’s great and the team is awesome.
Options for sandwiches
There needs to be a place where you can add things to the sandwich not just take off. And not just the preselected stuff but other stuff as well besides that great app

LOVE ALLTOWN. Love the ease of the app and everyone at my local station. I am giving one star until this changes- the app won’t even open after the new iOS update!!

This app is fantastic. Alltown Fresh has such delicious food - I’m so happy I can order it from my phone and pick it up curbside. I also love paying for gas with my phone so I don’t have to touch anything at the pump. Can’t wait to use it again.
