You should definitely be ashamed of how you talked to us and how unprofessional you were.
We sent two pay off checks for two loans, so since you wouldn’t put those loans together in the first place, you made interest off two loans off us. Never again then we ask what we owe after you call us saying you got the check but couldn’t give me a balance because you jumped the gun on calling us before you had an amount we were under. So we sent almost $23,000 to pay off the loans and you treated us so bad over $134.90.
I asked 4 people for an amount so I could pay it and everyone kept doing security verification with us over $134.90.
I will share how we were treated with all my friends and family on social media. You messed up. My husband has a credit score that is in the 800’s we’re not beginners and if that’s how you treat people you won’t last long. This is why credit unions are awful and I cringed when I heard “Beginnings” to finance such beautiful sleds. If you don’t want this review maybe your president should reach out and refund the interest on one loan since you treat people badly and don’t even have you job done with a total before you call us being extremely rude becuz our pay off checks weren’t enough. $134.90 be ashamed.

Easy to use
I love how easy it is to check and manage my accounts. Upload money and utilizing mobile deposits. I moved out of state a few years ago, having the app is vital and appreciated. The only thing I would change is notifications. They need to be simplified and easier to find. No charges should go through if there isn’t enough money in an account. A notification should go out when a transaction goes through, funds low, declined transactions due to not enough funds, etc…

App won’t open.. giving me unexpected network error ?
The worst banking app I’ve ever used.
I have been with CFCU for many years and never had a complaint. I worked there for a long time and helped members with app or website login problems. This new app is awful! So much so that I am considering taking my accounts elsewhere. EVERY TIME I log in I have to go through the verification process and receive a code before I can log in. I reached out to the call center for help, letting them know I’ve done all of the usual things to troubleshoot, she basically told me she couldn’t help. This used to be a Credit Union where people knew your name, they cared about their members… ever since Lisa took over it’s just about expanding and making herself more money… and trust me, I could air a lot of dirty laundry. What a let down.

Terrible bank app
It frequently crashes, struggles with deposits and freezes randomly mid transaction crashing the app. It’s almost unusable.

This is the worst app in the world always need sign in this app always ask the username and the password and every single time if I want to login if you want to pay online your loan or your payment usually it’s not work
Genuinely terrible
Constantly down for maintenance, and openly admitting that card and account security functions are going to be down often. Even with them doing all this, the app is often glitchy and broken. It has not remembered my device for a week now, with me needing to enter a mobile code at least once a day despite clicking ‘remember device’ every time.
Beginnings also takes days to process most transactions, including on weekdays. Which wouldn’t be a big issue except for the fact that they aren’t reflecting your payments on your balance until they are. Meaning that I have to manually keep track of my balance despite having an app that should be perfectly capable of doing it for me.

Non compatible with different number formats other than US
The app fails to deposit a check when a non US number format is set on my IPhone (ios26.1) because it puts a , instead of an . as decimal separator, and there is no way to fix it. Changing th number format in settings on the phone does not help Very frustrating to have to set the phone in English and US region/number format to deposit a check.

Clunky poorly designed user in her face.
Very cumbersome a lot of steps for simple tasks. The UI is brutally, ugly and difficult to navigate.
Absolutely worthless
I’ve been trying to access my account for over 2 weeks and although I’ve been able to log on, I haven’t been able to access ANY useful information. This site is as bad as the previous CFCU site.

In 2025 this has to be the most archaic primitive motile app as well as your website for online banking.
