We had the biriyani and the sheer Khurma today from Behrouz. It was class apart, I enjoyed every bit of it. The aroma, the proportion of Rice and correct balance of masala. It was a WOW feeling after a very long time. Kudos to chef Ramya. Appreciate your efforts, it has brought us lots of happiness and satisfaction indeed! ššššš

Worst Experience
Ordered food items didnāt delivered, but app showed delivered. Since then Delivery partnerās phone switched off, even after 14 hrs. With lot efforts for (more than 2 hrs), refund initiated. Still waiting to be settled. Money was not that much important, but Birthday celebrations were collapsed and we had to reorder through other delivery services.

Biryani is total waste of money
Biryani now doesnāt come with curry and they justify it as it was complimentary earlier and now discontinued. Similarly someday they will discontinue raita as well. Quality of biryani as well is not as good as it used to be. Time to look for other optional biryani place.
Orders get frequently cancelled via this app
I hv experienced that many a times if i order via this app, then the order gets cancelled. While as the same order made via Swiggy or Zomato goes through.

Cheaters
Took money but did not deliver the order. Even after giving the correct address they are saying there the location is incorrect. Have all the proof but these cheaters are not even bothered.
pathetic
this was my first order , delivery time was 5:31 pm . i kept on waiting since 4:30 and when it was 45 past 5 i tried calling the delivery guy almost 6 times it kept getting failed!! later when i received a call from the delivery guy he says it will take 5 more minutes for him to reach and after another 15 minutes he asked me to canecl the order as he has got ankther parcel to deliver at wad no 1 whereas my residence is at ward no 8 ( pretty clse to be precise)..i kept on begging him that i am hungry please deliver it he kept on refusing and hung up on me abruplty and cancelled the order as wellā¦ pathetic experience on top of everything when i tried calling your help desk i was kept on getting error- āthis task cannot be performedā

Pathetic service
I placed the order and it was cancelled in next 10 minutes when I was waiting for delivery and thatās also without stating any reason for cancellation. Moreover, I have not received the paid amount yet even after 14 hours of cancellation. there are better service providers available in the market. I recommend not to use Behrouz for pathetic services.

Authentic Biriyani than order from behrouz they have genuine taste and quality ā£ļø.

Worst application I have ever used
They give you wrong information about your delivery, delivery partners donāt pick your call, you cannot track your order, their is only chat bot and no contact number is given, worst customer service
Half cooked rice
I had ordered spicy murgh Tikka biryani which I received before time. Taste of biryani was good but the rice was half cooked which I had steam it again to make it proper.

Never seen worse service from Behrouz! If you're not delivering to my area at night, you should mention that on your website on detail. Even after canceling my order, you're not informing me on time, and you keep us waiting for a long time.

Iām very disappointed with the experience.
I'm very disappointed with the experience. The biryani tasted stale and lacked the usual amount of chicken pieces. After eating it, both my daughter and I ended up with stomach infections. I would never recommend this place to anyoneātruly a bad experience.
Taste is the best
Behroj Biryani test is incredible and itās so authentic that even after feeling stuffed you still wish to have further more
