Biryani Blues Sector 5 Dwarka - Never Ordering Again
Biryani Blues Sector 5 Dwarka – Never Ordering Again
I placed an order through the Biryani Blues app. The order was accepted but significantly delayed.
I then received a call from the outlet informing me that the chicken seekh I had ordered was unavailable and asking whether I would accept mutton seekh as a replacement. I agreed.
What was delivered, however, was spicy Chicken Salt & Pepper instead. It was neither what I had originally ordered nor the replacement that had been discussed over the phone. To make matters worse, it was excessively spicy and completely unsuitable for my taste.
When I complained, I was told that a refund would be processed. I was also told that they could pick up the food. The manager specifically informed me that the refund had already been initiated.
That was false.
After waiting two days and seeing no refund, I called again. The manager then requested that I not escalate the issue and promised that the refund would be processed within one day. Once again, the promise was not fulfilled.
The wrong order, the delay, and the missing refund are bad enough. What disturbed me most, however, was the suggestion that the food could be collected back from my home.
Once food has been delivered to a customer and has left the restaurant’s control, what exactly happens to it if it is collected back? Is it immediately discarded? If so, say so clearly. If not, customers have a right to know. The very idea raises an uncomfortable question: why would a restaurant want food back from a customer’s home in the first place? Customers should never have to wonder whether returned food could somehow make its way back into the supply chain.
At this point, my trust in this outlet is completely gone. I was sent the wrong order despite agreeing to a replacement, repeatedly misled about a refund, and left with more questions than answers about their handling of returned food.
I will never order from Biryani Blues Sector 5 Dwarka again, and after this experience, I have no intention of ordering from Biryani Blues anywhere in the future.
Management should investigate why customers are being falsely told that refunds have been processed, why agreed replacements are not honored, and provide complete transparency regarding their policy on collecting food from customers’ homes.

Had the worst experience ever in online food ordering in my life, never use this for delivery its a scam first they take ur money then don’t even care to actually deliver ur order , no response from customer care and the outlet ₹1300 wasted
No tracking updates, Unavailable Customer support.
The offers are good but the app is a pain. It has no tracking updates for the order whatsoever. I have only ordered twice from this app and both the times I could not track my order at all. The first time, it was after an hour had already passed that I googled the outlet and called the outlet directly, and only then I found out that there was no delivery person! After an hour of waiting and no updates! Then it was the guy from the outlet who had to deliver the order to my place. The second time, which is right now, I’m so frustrated because again, more than an hour has passed, no tracking update whatsoever on the app. I called their customer support, no response, nothing whatsoever! Even the person from the outlet is not responding! This is such a frustrating app and I’m so annoyed at the lack of options right now! You can either call or email customer support, no option to chat. I’m growing hangrier by the minute, feeling helpless! Horrible experience.

Company is harassing customers by making it compulsory that orders must be done only by providing cell number and by logging I through this app. They are making life tough for customers and it is time to stop patronising their business.
