Order was taken money paid and then order rejected. Also no option to find out what happened. ZERO Professionalism

I placed an order on your app for the first time and made the payment, but you made me wait so long and then rejected the order it felt really bad.
Biryani
I ordered a biryani, it was ordered on the app, so it had to be prepaid. I paid the amount and waited for 2 hours and 37 calls to the store and still the order was not delivered. I can’t cancel because according to the app online orders can’t be cancelled and there is no customer support, no helpline for customers. They took my Money and are yet not reachable because no email, no customer care nothing and they took money. Worst app ever. If there was an option of no star rather make it a broken star for this app.

Don’t order ever, my order has been stuck since 1 hour, noone is picking up, no progress. Worst of it all, no customer service.
The app is a complete scam
They had not delivered a prepaid item despite taking the payment. There is no customer service to complain at. The contact info of the outlet is not working. They didn’t deliver any food nor did I get any refund.
