Biryani
I ordered a biryani, it was ordered on the app, so it had to be prepaid. I paid the amount and waited for 2 hours and 37 calls to the store and still the order was not delivered. I can’t cancel because according to the app online orders can’t be cancelled and there is no customer support, no helpline for customers. They took my Money and are yet not reachable because no email, no customer care nothing and they took money. Worst app ever. If there was an option of no star rather make it a broken star for this app.

Don’t order ever, my order has been stuck since 1 hour, noone is picking up, no progress. Worst of it all, no customer service.
The app is a complete scam
They had not delivered a prepaid item despite taking the payment. There is no customer service to complain at. The contact info of the outlet is not working. They didn’t deliver any food nor did I get any refund.

I placed an order at 1:25pm, it was told I will get the food in 15 mins. Now the time is 2:07pm still the food is not dispatched yet. There is no support, they keep directing you to different people. It’s quite unreliable, the food is good. But the app is major flow unless taken care of. Mr Abijith who is the last person of contact just cut the call abruptly

False charges with coupons With coupon
This is a misleading practice. Without applying a coupon, delivery is free, but when a coupon is used, they suddenly add a delivery charge. In reality, there is no real discount — it just makes customers believe they are saving money

Worst experience ever
This is the worst experience i had while ordering food for the first time . I used to order from bikkgane from zomato and swiggy and there is nothing i can say about the taste it is wonderful but this is the first time i ordered through app and i didnot received the order after waiting for 1 hr . It took me 19 days and about 6-7 customer service phone calls (**which i had to make from my end only customer service never contacts you regarding any status**) to receive my refund for the food which i didnot receive from their end . I will never use this app and never recommend to others to use also .

Very bad delivery system
Delivery partner is not picking up phone . It’s been 1 hour since he left restaurant. There is no second way to contact him . It’s already a prepaid order and they are not giving refund also .

Taste is amazing
The taste is genuinely good, but the app experience needs improvement. Delivery charges are on the higher side, and there’s no reward or loyalty system for orders placed via Zomato or Swiggy. Adding that would really enhance customer satisfaction.
