Payment done and order not accepted
Worst app ever.My payment is done and due to closure of outlet which was not updated on their app,my order wasn’t accepted and they didnt even return my money.its been 7 days i’m writing mails to them still they dont respond.Copenhagen hospitality and retail takes all the responsibility of my money on their app.I’ve been writing mails to them they alson dont respond.

Fraudulent activities at Lapinoz
I tried making a order at lapinoz app from your jahangirpura branch the option was available for pikup no delivery was available so i placed a order and the order first was accepted and the payment also got deducted then i reached after few mins but the outlet is closed and now my order is placed but the pizza status is not into preparation.. if the oulet is closed how come your app accepts the order and accepted the payment.

Complaint Regarding Poor Service – Lapinoz Pizza
I am writing this mail to express my disappointment with the service I recently experienced at Lapinoz Pizza.
I ordered pizza from your outlet expecting good quality and timely service, but unfortunately the experience was very poor. The delivery was delayed and the quality of the pizza was not up to the mark. This is not what I expect from a brand like Lapinoz.
Because of this, my overall experience was very unsatisfactory. I believe customers deserve better service and quality, especially when they are paying full price.
I request you to please look into this matter seriously and take necessary action so that this does not happen again. I would also appreciate a response from your side regarding this issue.

Worst experience
My experience was too bad. I order the food two hours before I get it. It was too late and when I call THE outlet, they refuse to ask that you give us late order. Please don’t take this I prefer Domino’s McDonald’s or other outlet, but this is the worst experience. I got too bad too bad. It was the option of give to 0 star, II get zero star, but my problem is I get one star please

If This Is ‘Quality of food ’, I Don’t Want to Know What Trash Is
My experience with this app’s food order was very disappointing. I ordered garlic bread, but what I received was just plain, uncooked bread with no garlic flavor and no cheese at all. It didn’t taste like garlic bread in any way.I also ordered the Triple Chocolate Brownie, but they sent me a choco lava cake instead, and even that was not good. The quality was poor and nothing matched what I paid for.
Overall, the order was completely unsatisfactory. I hope the app improves its food quality and accuracy in future
