Order Accepted but Delivery Refused * Highly Disappointed with La Pino’z
My issue is not about the refund. My concern is that the order should not have been accepted in the first place if delivery was not possible. Taking the order, collecting payment, and then calling the customer to say delivery cannot be provided is not acceptable.

Complaint Regarding Poor Service – Lapinoz Pizza
I ordered pizza from your outlet expecting good quality and timely service, but unfortunately the experience was very poor. The delivery was delayed and the quality of the pizza was not up to the mark. This is not what I expect from a brand like Lapinoz.
Because of this, my overall experience was very unsatisfactory. I believe customers deserve better service and quality, especially when they are paying full price.
I request you to please look into this matter seriously and take necessary action so that this does not happen again. I would also appreciate a response from your side regarding this issue.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Never Ordering Again! Mulund West outlet
And when it finally arrived, it was a complete disaster. The pizzas were cold, no cheese pull, cheese stuck in lumps, and the base was hard like cardboard. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours! Nobody in my family could eat it — we literally had to throw both pizzas straight into the bin.
We’ve ordered before, but this experience was beyond pathetic. Never expected such horrible quality and service. Total waste of money, time, and mood.

Pathetic service
The pizza itself? Cold, soggy, and hard as a rock. It tastes like it’s been sitting around for hours before delivery. Nothing fresh, nothing hot, nothing even remotely worth the money.
Customer service? Absolutely useless. No updates, no apologies, no urgency. They clearly don’t care about their customers, only about taking money and delivering garbage food whenever they feel like it.
This place is a complete disgrace to the word “pizza.” Save your time, money, and hunger — DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You’ll regret it like I did, every single time.

If there was an option to give ZERO STARS, I would have done that. I placed my order over 4 hours ago, and not only did they fail to deliver it, but they are also not refunding my money. This is absolutely pathetic service.
The staff is unprofessional, careless, and irresponsible. No updates, no communication, no apology. Just false assurances and wasting customer time. How can a reputed brand like La Pino’z Pizza treat customers like this?
I have been calling multiple times, but they either don’t pick up the call or keep making excuses. It’s shocking to see how lightly they take customer satisfaction.
4 hours waiting → No food. No refund. No accountability.
This is not just poor service, it’s cheating customers.
I’ll make sure to share this experience everywhere so others don’t get trapped the way I did. If you’re hungry and value your money, NEVER order from La Pino’z Pizza VIP Road Zirakpur. Total scam experience.

I was blank what to do so at that point I want to cancel and get refund for same.
At the end I got the cold pizza.
If you want to experience same go ahead.
What a lovely worst task they do without any failure.

Dont buy this pizza, dont fall into 1+1
I regret i should have buyed from dominos i would he 2 medium on same prize but it never disappoints.
I paid rs 95 more for each pizza for adding more mozerrela but there was no added mozerella in it additionally, the pizza was not the one which i had ordered. And taste very bad. It was not at all fresh.
While i went on store they were having hunders of base on stand. Not even sure how much older they would be.
Do buy from some reputed store like dominoz they make fresh base. And taste much better
Dominos might cost you more. But trust me what i saw in the la pinoz pizza store having hunders of base. It would be better you buy fresh and good in taste by spending more.
