Terrible
Won’t open on iPhone 14
Amazing!
Long time BellyBio user
belly bio is love, belly bio is life
The app is genuinely amazing and could help so many people. There isn't another one like it. I know the same developers made Lull, but it just isn't the same.
I honestly don't know why more app developers haven't thought of this idea, but for real--it's the most helpful app I've ever downloaded.
With some little updates and tweaks, it'd be even better, but even as it is it works so well.
I'm amazed that it continues to function on newer and newer iPhones when it hasn't been updated in so long, and I'm dreading the day it can't keep up.
I love this app - sad it doesn’t seem to be actively developed
Love this app!
Rediscovered
This is my favourite app ever
Best app for relaxing!!
Fails almost every effort
It’s a great idea. I wish it worked.
Audio doesn’t work
Great app
The app works exactly as its description says it should: nor more and no less. If you're looking for instantaneous nirvana then you will (as usual) be unhappy and left complaining about how unfair life is to you. But what's new there?
If you are genuinely looking for a different perspective on an ancient idea, then this app can provide it.
The most important thing is that you practice and leave your mind open to change otherwise you'll always be spinning your wheels clouded in misery.
Not working with iOS 10.3.1
My favorite app
It can take a few tries to figure out the placement of the phone on your stomach and how the program works, but after that it's smooth sailing. Really nice that you don't have to hold the phone in your hand like in other biofeedback apps--it's hard to relax when you're thinking about keeping hold of something.
I really love how the waves, and then music, sync up with your breathing--so very helpful when learning how to deep breathe/meditate and I haven't seen another app that does that. It tends to keep me just aware enough that I don't fall asleep, but stay perfectly relaxed with balanced breathing.
The app has got some flaws and bugs/doesn't always work 100%, but for a free app I have no complaints. If they prettied it up, added more song tracks and fixed the bugs (or stabilized the app in general), I'd be more than happy to pay a couple bucks for this one. It would be nice to be able to look back on past log entries, but oh well--mindfulness/meditation is all about living in the present and letting go of the past anyway, right?
