Lost pairs
This app has become a lost cause- it is constantly becoming un-paired with my iPhone. It’s a literal pain in the neck going through that tedious pairing exercise.
It’s not worth the aggravation.

Helpful Hearing Aids
Our experience with Beltone has been very positive. Garry Hammer and his assistant, Angela, have been very efficient as well as knowledgeable and experienced. In addition, the ongoing care to maintain the aids has been extraordinary.

New Update APP No Longer Works
Since the update I can no longer use the App features. I was able to Pair with my iPhone, but can ONLY control settings within IPHONE SETTINGS/Accessibility/Hearing Devices. - All my saved presets are gone and I am completely unsatisfied.
Software mostly good
Software works pretty well but occasionally loses it memory and I have to go through the setup experience again. The Bluetooth is very poor for such an expensive unit. The range is about 12” and it continually cuts out on one or the other unit. It reconnects if you turn your head, which makes you look nuts shaking your head all the time

Changing hearing aid name with in the app
It'd be great if the hearing aid name could be changed within the app. Currently the name that appears during bluetooth connection cannot be modified by the user. so we have to request the center to change it

Die Bluetooth Verbindung geht immer und immer wieder auch nach Neuinstallation verloren.

Works but disappointing
This app basically works to control my new hearing aids, but overall it is very disappointing . The find my aid feature is cool and already saved me once. The “sound enhancer” is just a 3 (!) band equalizer. Would be more useful with 5-8 bands. The save favorites only saves the equalizer setting, and nothing else. Biggest problem , which may be fault of aids and not app, is switching modes reverts back to default volume. Walking around at 6 with noise filter, enter noisy space and want to try “Hear in Noise” and am suddenly deafened by painful loud noise as it jumps to 8 with no filter.

Overall personal impact on hearing in everyday situations
Theses Sid’s have been easy to adapt to with stage increase in sound settings. App. is s god interface.
Very annoying app
Randomly doesn’t open without going into Settings first. Also it doesn’t retain all settings from one app opening to the next.

My phone "not compatible with hearing aid"
Just got new Beltone "Celebrate". I have an iPhone 15 running the latest iOS 26.0.1. I cannot connect my new $$$$$ hearing aids to my phone. Beltone! Fix this please!
