Terrible as far as staying connected to phone when it does it work great other times it loses the connection and then says it’s no where around after it tell me it is just won’t stay connected need to improve that’s for sure other than that it works fine as far as functionality
Worthless app
This app is pathetic. It literally never worked after the initial installation. Zero stars.
Ruins the experience
It never connects. You have to unplug the seat and plug it back in to establish a connection. This means your settings are meaningless. You have a separate remote which allows you to use the bidet functions butt your seat and water won't be heated. Bermuda support days that can only be done through the app, which doesn't work. Big disappointment.

Horrible App
What everyone else is saying here is absolutely correct. This app DOES NOT work. Why hasn’t there been any effort made to fix it? C’mon, Bemis!
Worse than useless
I never write reviews. Never. Until now. This app and its overall implementation is so poorly conceived that it cannot be overstated how terrible this experience is. I will be vibe coding my own version if at all possible and if Bemis has any good will towards its own customers whatsoever and wants to make amends it will ensure the API allows for this. What on earth is the point of WiFi connectivity if I must reconnect via Bluetooth from complete scratch every single time nature calls??? It should be Bluetooth once > WiFi once > Bidet remains connected until power is cycled (auto reconnect) or WiFi SSID or PW changes. That’s what WiFi is for. Persistent wireless connectivity. I literally cannot believe I find myself needing to explain this. You sold us a vision Bemis. Here’s an affordable, app-enabled retrofit bidet. Have fun nerds! Well we can’t. It won’t stay connected or reconnect reliably. But here’s the thing Bemis baby, some of us ARE nerds. What if we replace the useless thigh sensor with a jumper? Or better yet, connect it to a Zigbee relay? My point is you can either fix the product you sold us, or at a minimum, impose no obstacles to us fixing it ourselves. Publish your API docs if you haven’t already. Update the licensing on your app to allow for outside development and publish the source code on GitHub. Do SOMETHING. Because this app is a flaming turd. And that’s the only thing keeping my buns toasty as I write this sadly. $300 later. What a shame.
