About

Is that a good lift? Benchmark answers the only question that matters when you hit a number: where does it actually place you? Enter a lift. Get a percentile against real, judged, competition data. Watch that placement move over time. This is not a workout logger. There is no exercise library, no rest timer, no programme builder. It does one thing. WHAT YOU GET • Percentile ranking for bench, squat and deadlift • Your placement against 1.8 million judged competition lifts • Tier labels from Untrained through Elite • Percentile drift — your placement over time, not just your PRs • Composite ranking across your three-lift total • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets • Share cards, generated on your device BUILT ON REAL DATA Comparison curves are derived from OpenPowerlifting, an open public-domain database of sanctioned meet results. Our curves reproduce independently published, peer-reviewed norms to within 3%. We show you the sample size behind every curve. We tell you when a number is less reliable. PRIVACY, PROPERLY • No account. Nothing to sign in to. • Your lifts, bodyweight and history never leave your device. • Comparison data ships inside the app — the percentile is computed offline. • No Apple Health access. • Anonymous usage analytics, which you can switch off in Settings. PRICING Bench press is free forever — not a trial, and not limited. Check it as often as you like and you'll never be asked for anything. Squat, deadlift, full history, percentile drift and widgets are $2.99 a month, or $19.99 a year with the first week free. Cancel any time. A NOTE ON THE NUMBERS Meet data is a selective population — everyone in it chose to compete. Your percentile against it will read lower than you expect. That's the honest reading, and we'd rather show it than flatter you. Benchmark is a comparison tool, not a health assessment. It doesn't tell you what to train or what's safe for you to attempt. Compare against drug-tested lifters A second comparison population: results from meets and divisions that OpenPowerlifting marks as drug-tested — 1.35 million of the 1.82 million raw lifts. Same judged data, one more filter, and the sample size is shown. Switch in Settings or at the top of any result; Home, History, widgets and share cards follow. Export your history History now exports to CSV or JSON through the Files picker. Every row carries the date, the lift, the weight in kg and lb, the bodyweight you were at, and the percentile. Export only. Nothing is uploaded — Benchmark has no server. Settings → How this works explains what “tested” does and does not mean.
