It was nice …until it stopped working.
Been one of their first customers. Loved it and touted its value. Until last month when it stopped ‘connecting’ from the app. I have emailed, called, uninstalled and reinstalled and still cannot use the app. But I can use it by going to the website so it’s not a connection issue. It’s this ridiculous app.

Stopped opening from the dashboard
The application worked great for the first four years that we had this. Then recently with the latest iOS update it quit opening from the dashboard. I can change the profile settings and it will open remotely so I know it’s not a connectivity issue. I have attempted to delete all settings and reinstall with no luck. Technical Support has been marginal at best. They have me do the usual things, delete the app, double check the settings, blah blah. It will not open from the dashboard with the lock after opening setting.

App no longer works
Can no longer unlock from the app, both IOS and Android apps are broken, been this way since the last update. FIX IT!!

I have to remove it and add it way too many times

New app does not allow to add or delete anything. Update is useless and now app is useless.
