Unable to upload my receipt even after allowing camera access and selecting photo. Even though I had just completed a precious transaction the same way. Very buggy
Denies Rightful Benefits!!
I am soo glad our company dropped this one. This company and app denies legally rightful reimbursement of medical expenses. I HATE BENEFIT WALLET!!

Unable to access customer support from app. Junk. Only phone number listed takes forever. Do better with this service.

The process works fairly well, but the limit on the size of attachment should be increased as most photographs are much larger than the limit of 2.5 megs for attachments

This is a horrible app. It’s not user friendly, you can’t review previous claim, and the date that the cash post is NOT the actual date listed. I prefer the old system better. Every was laid out and it was more transparency in how cash comes in and out. Sorry, but facts are facts… It’s a No for me with this app.

I have a serious problem with my card being declined because your system ASSUMES I’m SHOPPING for over-the-counter item when in ALL ACTUALITY, the items PRESCRIBED BY A PHYSICIAN HAPPENED TO BE ITEMS OVER THE COUNTER! I don’t shop at Kaiser! You did it twice in a 3-day span!! It’s degrading, embarrassing, and delays the treatment process after being diagnosed!

Terrible customer service
The purposefully make getting their contact information obscure so you cannot contact them. You have to go online to reach out and they still never respond.

Limited options for iPhones users. I don’t use iPhone documents but that’s where it tries to pull from making an already difficult process harder. It’s also very limited to upload photos
Update The “Attach/Take A Photo”
Everything was easy to use EXCEPT the “attach/take a photo” feature. I have submitted the same reimbursement multiple times because the image is blurry. This is the only online program that has this problem! Update the program to use the camera options that find the margin and lock in on the image. Also extend the “time out” period! I have to go between apps to get information and when I leave the Benefit Wallet app it logs me out! Frustrating!

Denials Unclear
Uploaded the receipt for a daycare expense but the claim was denied for unclear reasons. Do you need a special receipt? Please make that clear in your denials
