So I’ve been using this app for a couple years now. In those years of play I’ve won money and would pay the small fee to get my earnings (Money). I’ve been very patient and haven’t written anything bad but I’m done being nice.

Wow- bots don't exsist!
This app has owed me $150 for over a year and a half.
Scam
I downloaded and tried Benjamin and did a small withdrawal once to test it. Then I tried to withdrawal over $30 and it has been pending for almost a year now. I have sent multiple requests to customer service and no response. So, if you want two dollars download it, but it was nothing, but a scam.
Missing Payment
I had always enjoyed using the Benjamin App but I’ve been contacting their customer service since February 5,2026 about missing payouts to PayPal and at first they kept sending me form letters that I was still in queue. And now they’re not even answering me now. And I still have money sitting in queue. And now it’s August.

Cash Out
Been waiting on $150 for almost a year now. Wont be using the app anymore. Use to be great but shouldn’t have changed the app. It takes too long to receive cash out. I have reached out to support several times & they say nothing they can do just have to wait.
