I had 2 payouts to Venmo, now after having over $100 the only option to receive my earned funds is to use Acebet which you have to gamble your money to try to receive. Withdraws take FOREVER
I have 2 different withdraw transactions “in queue”! One since March, the other since May. Multiple emails later and I get the same automated response stating they are working on it. The idea of the app is great, now if only I could get my money!

Benjamin would be a great app to earn extra cash on, if they actually honored your earned rewards. I used to really enjoy this app as theres a lot of game options and money starts to add up really quick and payouts were quick also. However the past month I’ve been actively attempting to withdraw my $50, and the only option I am given is to withdraw to Acebet, and I don’t want to withdraw my earned money into an online casino that requires me to earn z amount before I can withdraw anything. I have made support tickets, talked directly to support once and since have been ignored. I have read from other users say that Benjamin is experiencing significant financial loss and that is suspected to be a contributing factor to everyone’s money suddenly being withheld, Tiffany the support member I had contact with informed me that PayPal, Venmo and bank transfers were under construction and that’s why they are currently removed from the app as withdraw options, but when I asked if there is any timeline on when they would be back I received no answer and it’s been 15 days. I looked through forums on Benjamin for newsletters or updates regarding this apparent construction of these payout options but found nothing, which leads me to believe Tiffany was either giving me false information or Benjamin is being dishonest and misleading to users by not informing them of major changes temporary or not communication to users regarding withdraw availability is essential to retaining user trust.

Scam
This is officially a scam. It only hooks up the first dollar made to Venmo/paypall. The rest goes to ACEBET, which, unfortunately, doesn’t have a withdrawal option. ACEBET explicitly states their in-game coins have no monetary value.
Full of it
I spent countless hours playing games and I hit the $25 limited plus a little more to cash out chose PayPal as my withdraw method and still haven’t received my money 4/7 no one ever emailed me back either
