Not the greatest
Would be nice if the app would get updated to be more compatible with IOS 26. Was advertised to be updated to Virtual XL by the end of 2025, but still has yet to have been updated. Major hit or miss if it will pick up transmissions or not.

Will they create an app for the Apple Watch? It would be great if you could have audio and even PTT using an Apple Watch.
Bluetooth issue
Need to make an update that fixes the app linking with my Apple Music. When I Bluetooth the app to my truck it automatically plays music on Apple Music and won’t stop. Would be nice to have Bluetooth work with my truck when responding to calls.
Not the greatest
Was trying this out with my work to see how it was to possibly try to bring to my county for fire department. When it works it works great. That being said though. I noticed it hasn’t been updated in over 4 months and that updates don’t come out very often. When you have the app open it picks up most of the time but not all the time. If you have the app running in the background it very seldom picks up anything. It’s constantly going down and telling me my credentials are incorrect when I know for a fact they are not incorrect. The here lately has been randomly closing itself out. So far not looking too good for a recommendation from me!

Worked great
This app worked great until iOS 18 update. Now, unless you keep the app open on your phone you no longer receive communications. Hopefully an app update fixes this issue

App works OK. Some small glitches such as scan list will not always save. After creating a scan list, the app will not always save your changes when you exit app and reopen. Wish audio could be sent to an Apple watch or even allow the neon app to run on the new Apple Watch Ultra.…
Ok app but needs updates
Updates/App configuration for Apple produce seems to be lacking. Can’t save password for automatic log in, what is supposed to be default channel won’t stay as the default, not all audio logs for playback. Other members with Androids do not have any of these issues, but all of our Apple users do.
This could be a really great app if they can get these bugs worked out.

Biggest flaw
The app works great for what it is, but here's the biggest flaw/glitch: The audio option keeps switching randomly. Using an iPhone 6S, I set the audio to "Speaker" but after a few minutes or transmissions, it randomly switches to "Phone". App would be better with "Speaker" only option. Dangerous stitching back and forth while running lights and siren to a hot call.

Don’t waste your money
The update has ruined the app. It was ok before the most recent update but now I am paying money for an app that doesn’t even pick up radio traffic. Don’t waste your time or money. Will be canceling mine on Monday.

Crashing and Bluetooth
App keeps closing itself out and constantly have to log in and hard to connect Bluetooth devices that can use the PTT feature as well as the app constantly switches between the phone and speaker phone also causing missed traffic.
Secure and reliable
Own and operate a BeOn server and have been very pleased. Much more reliable than other EPTT applications. Harris just needs to stay on top of the Apple Updates
Great...when it works
Very quirky app, logs off without warning or even worse, seems to be in active mode but will not connect. Would not recommend for mission critical applications.
App Crash on Open
Can’t get the app to stay open. Crashes the minute you try and start it.
App needs fixed
When phone goes to sleep we app turns off making it useless.
Update needed
Since the new iOS was released, once the phone goes to sleep, you can’t hear audio. Please update. The app is useless unless you don’t let it go to sleep. Not practical

Great job improving the battery life on this release version. It Works like a charm. Mapping is really nice.
