Fixed!

After a technician updated my aids, they did not work with the app. Contacting Bernafon support proved to be very helpful. The responses were timely and the instructions were easy to follow. Thank you!

Single hearing aid

I only wear one hearing aid. App used to work so I could control settings. Has made aid useless, as it won’t work unless you wear 2 hearing aids. (iPhone)

Went back to Costco, had to delete app, then download again. Now working. Sorry for frustrated review. Changed from 1 star to 5!!

Old Version More User Friendly

While the older version was easier for me to use, the newer version contains more features.

Requires IOS 13 even for an old installation to run

I used this app successfully for nearly three years. As far as I know, it is the only way to link these hearing aids to Bluetooth. When this new version was released, the old version would no longer work—it tries to update and if you have an old iPhone (6 or earlier) the update fails and the old reliable version won’t run even though it is still installed on you phone. Bad software management!
