Abysmal customer service

Customer service and resolution of problems is absolutely horrible. I had placed an order over half a month ago, and the delivery date on the app still shows around a week back. When I reached out to customer service all they had to say was “please wait for a few more days” what else can I do??? I would expect much better from such a global brand.

Pior loja para se comprar on line, quero meu dinheiro de volta, não dão retorno.

No dia 21/06 fiz uma compra via Pix no valor de R$ 359,00, mais R$ 14,00 de frete (total de R$ 373,00). A entrega estava prevista para o dia 23/06, mas o pedido não chegou. Como eu precisava da jaqueta com urgência, acabei indo até a loja física e comprando outra. Somente no dia 30/06 tentaram realizar a entrega, quando recusei o recebimento e solicitei o reembolso. Até hoje não recebi meu dinheiro. Para piorar, no e-mail o pedido aparece como ‘em processo de entrega’ e, no assunto, consta como ‘entregue’, o que não aconteceu. Ninguém informa o andamento do reembolso nem dá qualquer previsão para a devolução do meu dinheiro. A falta de comunicação e de transparência com o cliente é decepcionante.

Buggy app and website

Overall good prices and good pieces but the shopping and checkout process is so buggy. Adding an item to cart can ruin the whole checkout and you basically have to find the perfect combination of pieces so they all ship from the same location and they allow you to checkout. The website and app both crash randomly and log you out for no reason. I like the store but the app and web software are frustrating

Erro - Criação de Conta

Já tentei várias vezes criar uma conta no app/site e não vai, pede para fazer a verificação do número de telefone inserindo o código que chega por SMS e dá erro, diz que ultrapassa o limite de 4 carácteres sendo que vem 5 números no código… já tentei pelo app e também no site pelo navegador e não vai…

Horrible

Extremely disappointed with Bershka. I have been trying to get a refund for an order for almost 6 months now, and despite multiple follow-ups with customer support, I still haven't received my money back. Every time I contact them, I either get the same generic response or no proper resolution at all.

The refund process has been unnecessarily delayed, and the lack of communication and accountability is frustrating. Customers should not have to wait half a year for a refund that is rightfully theirs.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this app if they expect reliable customer service or timely refunds. This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I have had.

Not reliable and disappointing

I ordered clothes worth Rupee 10.5K yesterday and the amount is deducted from my card and for sure has not been reversed but the order has simply vanished, there’s no alternate contact, is this app for real or a scam? Can someone help? I am this close to legally complain to consumer court
