No help to be found. developers frequently come out w new versions that do not use iCloud data (where your backups are saved) essentially losing or stealing access to your crypto. I had heard this before but didn’t believe it until happened to me = mandatory update, device not recognized - backup not found.. pretty shady imho. Can’t get any help .

BE CAREFUL. These people support scam coins. Take it from experience. You will loose your money. At anytime they can choose to automatically sign out You’ll try to simply sign back in No backup or secret phrase will work.They will pretend like support will want to help you. It’s all for show. You will get error messages. They will make you think, you’re doing something wrong. There you have it. Your money is lost stuck in these Nigerians scammers app. Me and a friend lost $509 from here.

Scam tokens
They’re allowing “upcoming” scam tokens to be available for purchase like Bitcoin Hyper and Maxi Doge. This has been brought to their attention many times, and they still won’t take action to remove them. Which makes me believe they are in on the scam. Read the white papers, they either keep changing the dates of the “release” or are way past the release date.

App is a complete scam doesn’t allow you to export wallet or send out currency once added onto their platform . Customer service is a joke and fraudulent as can be. Been going back and forth with them for over 2 month inquiring on my funds and why there not able to be exported or sent to a different address. Do not use this app!!

This wallet support tokens which will rug pull your money. The gas fee is super high! Try yourself if you don’t believe. They launched catslap, flockerz, Wall Street Pepe all of which crashed immediately!!! Stay away and play safe
