Easy to use
I enjoy the app but wish there was a way to make notes about a hotel like which room I liked or which side faces highway, sun or view etc. Also all hotels show up as a favorite which makes it hard to know which ones are really favorites.
Good place to stay
The Room in was good, nice and clean. The staffs are friendly and have good customer service. Would love to stay again in the future.

Diamond Select, terrible app
The app itself is buggy as hell. All of the other hotel apps remember corporate codes and ease of login. For some reason in the past few years it has been a horrible experience to use this app. Can't keep my corporate code applied Everytime I log in but can easily implement a $50 early check in fee for trying to get into the room at 2:54pm.

Room not cleaned regularly
Our stay was for nine days and the sheets were never changed. We are staying at the Best Western, Fellbach Germany. We don’t stay in Best Western in the US. Perhaps this is normal, but I don’t like it at all.
App not working
Tried a hundred times to sign in. Deleted and reinstalled but still not letting me log in.
Cannot use my loyalty points
They made it so difficult to understand how to use my loyalty points with multiple password entries that I gave up.
Terrible App
The app only works sometimes but normally you get “we experience difficulties” You have over 25 days of difficulties fix it.
