Nothing works
I can’t find any of my account and info. The lady over the phone told me i had an out dated version and to delete and reinstall. I did that and same bs bw app that is the wordy in the business
Can’t access the app lately
Lately I have been having issues with the app, they implemented a new security feature that denies me access 8 times out of 10. It’s annoying and they need to fix it. If they fix that then it’s a 4-5 * until then it’s a 2 *.
The app is hard to use
The screen for selecting hotels is way too small to the point where it is unusable. You can’t easily compare hotels or look at a map without constantly being kicked back to the initial screen. Also, it constantly defaults to a one person stay. Tedious!

BW, I bet you can do better
Often kicks you out, cannot email hotel from app, cannot preregister, there is allot one cannot do through the app. Biggest frustration is NOT BEING ABLE TO STOP THE MARKETING EMAILS.
Access denied error
If I look up hotels in a city and then back up and do a search to bring up the list again I constantly get an access denied error message. App is useless.
Forgets log in
Cannot email hotel always have to call - very expensive when traveling pveseas

App Restriction
Called customer service because I can’t get into my app, they got me into my account via website, called back to get into the app later on, the guy said if I already uninstalled and reinstalled that’s ALL they could do so I was out of luck. I typically use the feature through the app to check in, because I travel for work and sometimes I get in very late, this elevates me having to do all the paperwork at the front desk they just give me my key and I go. Without the app now I can’t do that, can’t access my points or anything. Very frustrated.

App is just not working. Says I am blocked on my device for unusual activity ? Just trying to find a hotel.
Decline in accommodations
The elevator is broken. Traveling with 3 kids and lots of luggage being hauled up flights stairs late at night is a problem. The key cards did not work for the room, twice. More flights of stairs to then have to switch rooms necessitating more luggage hauling. Absolutely sucks

Easy to use
I enjoy the app but wish there was a way to make notes about a hotel like which room I liked or which side faces highway, sun or view etc. Also all hotels show up as a favorite which makes it hard to know which ones are really favorites.
Good place to stay
The Room in was good, nice and clean. The staffs are friendly and have good customer service. Would love to stay again in the future.
