Worst fingerprint set up ever
The site is hopeless for fingerprint ID you are constantly asked to login user name password etc after only using fingerprint ID a couple of times no one is interested. The company is great in so many ways just this is so poor. A J perfect!!
Very poor app
Really poor experience. Would accept another platform with higher fees to avoid having to use this app. Login is painful and I regularly have to reset the password as it won’t retain biometric access
Login fault
The app provides decent enough functionality, but its biggest fail is the login which frequently stops working and refuses to allow apple to autofill the fields or allow FaceID - which I have set up hundreds of times. But fine I can work around this, but this makes dealing impossible on my phone as when selecting new investments it takes me to a website and then can’t return to the app as it logs me out. Has this app not been tested??? Or does the company simply not care that their app is inherently flawed???

Fix your app
I will be moving ISA elsewhere if you don’t. Just in case you care. Always “forgets” login, have to reset the pass and guess what, I can’t paste into “confirm password” from my password manager. Terrible app.
Basic
Evelyn needs to put more of their assets into a better offering. Compared to some it’s very basic and light on information and function. Face recognition is problematic. After setting it up (which it confirms when done) once you log out and want to go back in later, face recognition doesn’t work and the standard log has to be gone through again. Happens every time. The whole offering just seems like it came out years ago.
