Really useful app
This has been really helpful in reducing my social media time. Because I have to ‘give up’ credits to go on certain apps it makes me think twice. And if you’ve reached your time limit it just kicks you out so you can’t easily override it. Much more effective than using timers built into my smartphone.

Had a billing issue with my account, they fixed it for me the sane day.

Unauthorized charges
Do not put in your credit card info or else they will keep billing you indefinitely even after you’ve cancelled. And even after emailing multiple times, you will still have to dispute the transaction with your bank and block their merchant account from billing you.
