Worst Site To Withdrawl
They allow you to deposit no questions asked. As soon as you want to withdraw they want all these requirements. I’m trying to withdrawl in to PayPal and I sent them all the info required! What mgm wants doesnt exist in PayPal. Why not require this info before deposit my hard earned money? Ridiculous! I live in Cali and just visiting. I have to go home soon and will leave my money behind. Never bet before. Never will again!

Stealing money
They steal money. Watch out for these creeps. They will say you owe money. They will let you play games to win the money. Then, once your balance is cleared and you try to play with your cash, suddenly, the system will collect the cash and you don’t get to use it to play any games. Reported them to the PA gaming control board. Got a full refund for one of my transactions and am working on the second refund. Don’t waste your time on these creeps or the Borgata. How can you play for over 30 minutes and not get one bonus? Slots do not play like that in the casino because they are being monitored. These online casino games are literally cheating people out of money and getting away with it. MGM use to be the best online casino.
Disappointed
BetMGM had recently become my favorite sportsbook, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust in them. I placed a $999 wager on Under 2.5 runs in the first three innings. Only two runs were scored through three complete innings, yet the wager was incorrectly graded as a loss. Support acknowledged the mistake, confirmed that the bet should be regraded as a win, and told me the process could take 24–72 hours. Until the full corrected payout is credited to my account, I will not deposit or place another wager with BetMGM. I will update this review once the situation is resolved.

Do not download in Vegas
Got scammed by MGM. Downloaded, deposited and bet $250 assuming the no sweat up to $250 back in bet credit would follow me back home (AZ). IT DOES NOT! Bonus can only be used in Vegas. Deleting app now.
Poor customer service
I had opt into a casino promo that states Get $25 when you wager $25” as well as the claw grab that’s allows you to play after wagering $25.
After wagering almost $40+ I still did not receive the $25 or was “eligible” for the claw game.
I contacted consumer service and actually had a representative leave the chat without responding.
I tried calling and number was that is available for 24/7 service and apparently they were closed.
I sent screenshots/ screen videos or proof and after 48 hours the issue was still not resolved.
Overall experience with customer service has lead me to delete my account.
I highly recommend not using this app.
PS- the daily bonus for free picks only allows you to cash out after you wager an $30+ with a $3 / 20 cents per bet so chances of winning are slim to none.

Inoperable in Las Vegas
Came to Vegas to sports bet. Errors getting registered, help desk onsite at casino provided zero help as well.

This is by far one of the worst casino apps! I understand it’s a risk when gambling. If you don’t have it lose you shouldn’t play. However, to lose $425 in 30 days NO return is absurd! A few bucks here and there! I’ve played FanDuel and Michigan Lottery and both have been nothing like this!!! They say RING is an algorithm that uses unpredictable results. Well the results are in their favor!! I mean spin after spin and not one BONUS ROUND! I have never had that happen! I couldn’t even win nothing using the $25 bonus they gave! There has got to be a class action lawsuit formed! I’m trying to find the group on Facebook where everyone is going to petition for this casino to be looked into. They do not void the line if player gets injured in first minute of the game.They need to update that then I will be back to use app.

Latency
Very high latency. Also, the search tool is not helpful at all. On FanDuel, you can type in a players last night and it will populate. Half the names I searched, don’t even show.
Trash
MGM use to be the best online casino. It sucks now. The promotions are terrible, the app runs horrible, the games seem super rigged and unfair and the sportsbook looks and feels like a bottom tier sportsbook. Very disappointing to say the least.
