When placing live bets, they buffer far too long, causing me to miss out on better odds. When the odds are in their favor, the bets are accepted almost immediately. This has happened several times when I’ve had exceptional service and or Wi-Fi. There is no way it’s a coincidence it’s clearly working in their favor. I will steer every person I meet far away from app unlike Jamie Fox who is probably pocketing my money with the BS commercials he’s always pushing

Complete buggy mess, won’t let me withdraw money. Support was unhelpful, it took them 45 minutes to make no progress and “escalate” my problem into the void. I can log in 1 out of 5 attempts due to some bug. Unusable as either as an app or a betting platform.

Will happily accept your deposit and bets, but will hound you for further personal information and documentation to allow a withdrawal. Shouldn’t they deny your deposit without extensive verification and not afterwards? Customer service is also abysmal and only provides tailored responses. Draft Kings or Bet365 are far superior and less evasive

They did not honor the bonus bet
The add said if I place a bet of $10 and win I get $150 in bonus bets. So u did that and won and they never honored the bonus bet. Why would I use this app again if they scam customers.

Keep your bets as low as possible
Company uses a weighted algorithm in order to secure your losing. You can win $3 or $4 an hour if you stay at .10 cents but, as soon as you tire and want to gamble, the algorithm will devour all your actual wagers and subsequent chase bets. A message for the wise guys: Pseudo Random = RIGGED

The connection is atrocious. With top tier WiFi or internet good luck connecting and getting into the app. If you’re at a bar you’ll be unable to place a bet. Even at home with my 2 gigablast the app is basically unusable.
