Update: yah ok now that I deleted the app and redownloaded again it’s better….For now. Until it isn’t again!

Updated App on iPad, no longer opens on device
I just updated both my iPad and the BH&G app, restarted and the app will not open.
Subscription Issues
I purchased a one year trial for $14.99 that I have not been able to access after two e-mails to Meredith, a 41 minute conversation and screen shadowing with Apple, and a phone call with Better Homes & Gardens. I get a message that even if I cancel my subscription, it is active until January 2025 a year from when I first purchased it. I did end up buying 4 individual past issues back to January/February at $4.99 each, so I will have them to read on vacation. Circular blaming without resolution, the worst customer service run around EVER. Paid $35 for 4 magazines because ) I really like the magazine, 2) I cannot find anyone that can resolve the issue, and 3) I really want to read them while of vacation. Highway robbery.

Can’t download !
Terrible app! Terrible customer service. Won’t download. Won’t restore iTunes purchases. I signed out as recommended and now the app doesn’t even recognize my id. I updated the app. I can access my old library but such a bummer I can’t access new content!
