Welcome to the BetterBrains trial, an Australian first, online study to test whether modifying risk factors for dementia can prevent thinking and memory decline in middle-aged adults.
Personalised to the individual, we have developed the BetterBrains app with you and your goals in mind. As a one-stop BetterBrains shop, the BetterBrains app will allow you to easily:
· Monitor your progress
· Contact your BetterBrains coach
· Receive weekly notifications and reminders to stay on track
· Report any barriers to goal completion and develop strategies to overcome these
· Access interesting articles and the latest news produced by leading scientific experts regarding ways to reduce your risk of dementia
