The his app is really good.
Eu gosto demais dos treinos. Em 7 dias já consegui ver diferença no meu corpo. Os exercícios são na medida certa e gosto como são distribuídos ao longo do mês. E os alongamentos no início e no final fazem total diferença.
Awesome
The workouts are convenient and start out at your level you grow with it or it grows with you I should say.I find it super helpful and energizing to just start my day out with it first thing and then I can move on knowing that I have done something for Me.
Noticing a difference in my body after two weeks, my husband can see a difference as well. It’s working for me as a busy mum as well.
This program is perfect to assist in keeping up a regular workout in the comfort of your own home. Only a few pieces of equipment needed. I do this almost every day because it is so easy to fit into my routine.
BetterMe is a very good app to get fit. It offers a good holistic approach to fitness including workouts and healthy diets.
The app is goodISH. It would be absolutely great if they would fix all of the AI bugs. The verbal descriptions and the visual exercises don’t match up much of the time. Whether the actual description isn’t correct, or it doesn’t match what the visual is doing or they repeat the wrong side, get their left and right’s mixed up…you have to pay close attention and keep track or you’ll repeat side and neglect others. If they could fix these issues, I’d give it 5 stars.

Excellent
I’m liking the regime because I am able to keep up with it every day.
I was a high level gymnast back in the day. Now at 52 I’m starting exercise journey anew. This has been so good for strength and flexibility before I hit the cardio stuff.
رائع جدااا
expensive for the basic workouts it gives you. im on my second week and i dont see much difference however i love that it gives you meals to prep aside from the workouts
@75 this reminds me of how I was in my younger days!
C’est addictif. J’aime beaucoup ça. Merci!
The calorie and carb amounts are almost never accurate. It doesn’t matter how I log the product. If I scan the barcode or type it in. The workouts are usually ok.
Fácil de usar
I downloaded the app, went through my free trial and signed up for three months. After a full month of use I decided it wasn’t the app for me and cancelled it. I was just charged yesterday and contacted the company about this and they sent me a thing more or less stating I didn’t cancel it the right way. What a joke. Oh but I have full access to three months of an app I don’t want to use and they’ll also throw in a “bonus” of a discounted add on. I’ve asked them for a refund again and have looped my bank in on the dispute.

I'm so happy I found this app, it's absolutely amazing! 🥰
It’s been a long, long time I’ve done any physical working out. Since I’ve began my family to be exact-16 years! Glad to be back trying something short w/whole body in mind.
