Terrible customer service and asset allocation. I had this for 8 years and barely made any money. Save your assets and put them in something credible like Vanguard or Fidelity.

Too slow and does not load the portfolio.
Highly disappointed at their website and app performance. It never loads my portfolio and I am looking to move out to a different provider very soon.
Hate it.
They don’t have sector specific funds and it’s almost impossible to reallocate investments in the app. Wth is this?
Not user friendly
I’ve had multiple accounts set up for weeks and while they have no problem transferring money in- whenever I try to withdraw suddenly they have a problem and need to verify identity and go through multiple security loops. It will take me a solid week to get my money. I plan on taking out all my money and going elsewhere agreed this. I’ve had customer service hang up because they can’t listen to feedback. They don’t explain why they can’t verify anything. No notes. Horrible service.

Easy to use, and the customer service is quick and very helpful.
Easy interface
The app is intuitive & easy to use. Appreciate that I can connect my other investments & I get a satisfying big picture of growing nest egg. Also like the tax loss harvesting & ability to have separate savings accounts for short term goals like travel, and large ticket items.
Mostly Great
There's a handful of operations that can only be done on a desktop, but the app is good for the day-to-day. A years-old frustration is that once an external account is assigned to the Retirement goal, it cannot be unassigned. "None" is an option, but that election does not stick when selected. Have to unlink the whole account and link it again to unassign it.

Easy to navigate and open new accounts. Love how I have the freedom to choose how I allocate my investments during the changing markets. Especially love the no fee atm withdrawals!!!

How do I see the total balances and the holdings for each account (Roth and Traditional IRA) separately? Without doing my own manual tabulations?
