App and website not synced

I downloaded the app and logged in and generated an eSIM then noticed the plans were different to the website. I then logged into the website and got the plan. But I now notice the website and app are both logged in with my email account but the app doesn’t show my plan, it seems to be a different account. I’m not sure if I should delete the app account as it might delete the plan I’ve bought and paid for. I’ve tried logging out and logging in.

Doesn’t work

It was supposed to let you use it with no Wi-Fi, but we did a test and it didn’t work ( PLEASE FIX)

Did not receive any number

I paid for eSIM number and don’t receive any number pls get back to me and help me look into it

Hello iPriest..sky, thank you for your review! Our BetterRoaming App and BetterRoaming Smartphone plans do not come with a phone number associated, since they are a data only service. You just need to download the eSIM, choose your plan, and it’ll be ready to use. Very Fast. Affordable Price

I couldn’t afford data from big companies in Canada like Bell and Rogers so decided to look around for eSIM even though I’m not travelling. Better Roaming is very fast! Faster than the store WiFI! I was very impressed. I suggest you to look into Better Roaming.

Broken. Can’t log in.

The app just tells me my login is incorrect even though this same login works on the website.
