Very hard to setup for Apple Watch
What they don’t tell you: their iPhone app is for phone eSIM only, you need to sign in by the browser only for Watch eSIM, the app and the browser login are not connected.
If it doesn’t work, uninstall reinstall unpair the watch repair the watch until it connects, the the Apple Watch has two distinct set ups, standalone or as a family watch, it has to be set up as a family watch for better to work, they don’t explain this anywhere clearly.
Poor support, when you email the support email address they reply a day later asking you to log a ticket.

App and website not synced
I downloaded the app and logged in and generated an eSIM then noticed the plans were different to the website. I then logged into the website and got the plan. But I now notice the website and app are both logged in with my email account but the app doesn’t show my plan, it seems to be a different account. I’m not sure if I should delete the app account as it might delete the plan I’ve bought and paid for. I’ve tried logging out and logging in.

Not able to log in
I'm not able to log in with Apple account. Had to use browser and using browser I was able to log in with Apple account.

You just need to download the eSIM, choose your plan, and it’ll be ready to use. Nutzung mit iPhone 13 Pro für 2 Tage in Monaco
Die Installation war insgesamt problemlos möglich, wobei die „App“ Einstellungen des iPhone nach dem Aktiveren der eSIM bzw. Leitung extrem träge wurden und einmal sogar abgestürzt sind.
Nutzung in Monaco war leider weniger gut.
- Trotz gutem Empfangs wurde keine Datenverbindung aufgebaut, manchmal half eine manuelle Netzwahl, manchmal aber auch nichts.
- oft mitten in Monaco kein Empfang (obwohl die andere Leitung vollen Empfang für Monaco Telekom zeigte). Welches Netz BetterRoaming nutzt ist unklar.
Keine offline FAQs in der App, nur Email, was ohne Empfang dann leider wenig hilfreich ist.
Wie oben geschrieben, billiger, aber am Ende nicht günstig, weil man viel Zeit investiert und ggf. ein öffentliches WLAN nutzen muss.
Das funktioniert mit anderen Anbietern für ein paar Euro mehr deutlich besser und stressfreier.

Hat einwandfrei funktioniert nutze es nun schon zum wiederholten mal im Ausland. Easy sogar ApplePay geht zum buchen einfacher gehts nicht.

Very Fast. Affordable Price
I couldn’t afford data from big companies in Canada like Bell and Rogers so decided to look around for eSIM even though I’m not travelling. Better Roaming is very fast! Faster than the store WiFI! I was very impressed. I suggest you to look into Better Roaming.
