I had a month subscription, all going well, so changed to annual but unknown to me a new phone number given with result I’m paying for two. My request to change monthly number to annual is ignored and delays to sort although they’ve been paid (2 subscriptions being paid now). No ability to cancel automatically.They don’t seem to want to help even thought I’m really inconvenienced. Let’s see what gets done but not v hopeful. A real real shame as could be brilliant product but frankly I deserve better

Confusing
Difficult to set up. They are very happy to keep charging you though.
Very easy
Simply easy and very useful. As I arrived back home, the app changed back to my usual sim . I've been to Turkey, Sweden and Iceland on this trip and Roamless worked seamlessly.
